DBT CRUSHERSLow cost DBT jaw crusher work on the well proven principle of breaking the material in the horizontal conveying flow. The crushing plants mainly comprise the jaw crusher arranged horizontally and a steel plate conveyor both equipped with the respective drives. The material to be crushed is transported from the feed point through the crusher up to the transfer point without any change in the conveying direction. This feature allows that blockages caused by reinforcement iron or cohesive materials are almost excluded but should such blockages occur the crushing chamber is cleared by reversing the conveyor. The advantages of this design concept become clearly evident when handling special materials such as lighting columns, railway sleepers etc.
Material mixtures with a high percentage of cohesive matter can be handled without pre-screening being required. The power to drive the crusher is provided by an electric motor with V-belt drive, overload coupling and flyweel. Since the fixed crushing jaw is arranged parallel to the conveying belt, an optimisation of service life and conveying flow is achieved. |
